We work with individual clients and small groups to facilitate career decision-making.   Each client leaves the process with a workbook recording their outcomes and a visual career profile that integrates their key insights, conclusions and actions. 

Outplacement Support

Employer sponsored individual or group programmes for those who have lost their job through redundancy.  The employer negotiates a fee for services with us and we work with the staff member to map out a customised support programme that can include career planning, CV, job search strategy and interviewing skill coaching.

A professionally presented Curriculum Vitae and LinkedIn profile are essential determinants of a successful career move. Depending on complexity, the process can take between 2 and 4 hours for an initial meeting to gather content and write the documents.

High Performance & Pro-Athlete Career Planning

Career Dynamic hold career development service contracts for the Player Associations and other Pro Sport organisations in sporting codes including rugby, cricket, hockey, netball etc.   We work with emerging, current and retiring athletes to develop career transition or development plans that will enable them to move seamlessly into a future post-sport career.


We run career related workshops for the general public and organisations.   We have an annual schedule of our Facilitating Career Decision-Making workshops for career and other professionals and also create shorter workshops and presentations for specific client groups.  


We have backgrounds in business management and are able to offer specialist consulting advice in HR and career management policy, systems and interventions for organisations.
