Lee's career pathway has included teaching, living and working in Canada and management roles in the performing arts industry. She completed a commerce degree as an adult student majoring in change management followed by a learning & development role for Xerox and HR consulting before finding her life’s passion in career development.
She held the position of President for the Career Development Association (CDANZ) from 2003 to 2005, has taught at tertiary level and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. In 2011 she created a parallel business developing career decision-making resources that are now used globally. She also runs professional development workshops.
Lee works with private clients from school leavers through to senior managers with a particular interest in those clients who are seeking to move from their professional or corporate roles into a new pathway with a greater sense of purpose, meaning and engagement. She also specialises in professional supervision for career practitioners and working with high performance and professional athletes.

Michael has a broad background in career development, entrepreneurship, business development, management, stakeholder engagement and education in local and international settings.
He has a passion for working with diversity in varied organisations such as the Karangahape Road Business Association, Auckland Transport, AUT University and International House School of Languages and Academic Colleges Group.
He has a passion for supporting others to find their career pathways and has a proactive, practical approach to enabling people to clarify and enhance their career pathways. His fundamental belief is that people can achieve their goals with the right planning and support. He is a great believer in enablement and draws on a combination of career development tools, counselling skills, coaching techniques combined with sound theory and practice.
Michael has lived and worked in NZ, Poland, Vietnam and Italy and has a passion for mid-century and food. Probably because he was born mid-century and grew up eating meat and 3 veges. He has a Masters in Career Development (Education), Grad Dip Career Development, Post Grad Diploma in Teaching, BA in Sociology, Certificate in Business.
