Profile:      Lee founded Career Dynamic in 1992.   Her career pathway has included primary school teaching, living and working in Canada and management roles in the performing arts industry.   Lee completed a commerce degree as an adult student majoring in HR followed by a learning & development role for Xerox and HR consulting before finding her life’s passion in career development.
 
She held the position of President for the Career Development Association (CDANZ) from 2003 to 2005, has taught at tertiary level and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.   In 2011 she created a parallel business developing career decision-making resources that are now used globally.   
 
Lee works with clients from school leavers to senior managers with a particular interest in those transitioning  from professional and corporates roles into new careers.  Her work with high performance and professional athletes is an increasing growth area particularly with cricket and rugby professional players through their respective player associations.

Profile: Paul has 30+ years’ experience in both the public and private sectors in NZ, Australia and UK across organisations including DB Breweries, ATEED, Auckland Council, Volvo Ocean Race, Clear Communications, Rio Tinto, Sport Business International, Sell Global & Amazon and Akina Foundation.
 
Paul believes that career development is his true passion and that when a person finds their direction, they are then empowered and highly motivated to achieve greatness on a personal and professional level. He works with clients from both the private and public sectors with a particular interest in those transitioning from professional and corporate roles into new careers. 
 
Paul has a Dip. Horticulture, BA in Geography, Master of Business (Hons) and is currently studying for a Dip. Career Development at NMIT.  He also works as an Executive Sales Coach with Sales Star.
