Clients often need support with planning an efective job search strategy or improving their interviewing skills.
We run career related workshops for career and other professionals. We also have an annual schedule of our popular Facilitating Career Decision-Making workshop that we will deliver either on our Takapuna site or on-line in 2022.
Outplacement / Transition Support
Employer funded individual or group programmes for those who have lost their job through redundancy. The employer negotiates a fee for services with us and we work with the staff member to map out a customised support programme that can include career planning, CV, job search strategy and interviewing skill coaching.
High Performance & Professional Athlete Career Planning
Career Dynamic have worked in the professional and high performance sector since 2008 with athletes across all major sporing codes including rugby, cricket, hockey, netball etc. We also provide consulting support to High Performance Sport NZ and the Australia Institute of Sport. We work with emerging, current, retiring and retired athletes to develop career transition and development plans.
