Career Consulting
Career Dynamic works with individual clients to facilitate career decision-making. Each client leaves the process with a written summary of their career exploration outcomes and a visual career profile that integrates their key insights, conclusions and actions.
Career Coaching
An impartial and confidential sounding board to make sense of workplace problems and issues. These could include relationships at work, workplace culture, worklife balance or well-being or the myriad of other situations that we find difficult to make sense of and solve at work.
Outplacement / Transition Support
Employer funded individual or group programmes for those who have lost their job through redundancy. The employer negotiates a fee for services with us and we work with your employee to map out a customised support programme that can include career planning, CV, job search strategy and interviewing skill coaching.
Workshops
A new programme will launch in February 2023 offering a range of in-person career related workshops for career practitioners, teachers, HR professionals etc. plus anyone who wants to grow their own career management skills. We will include our popular 1 day Facilitating Career Decision-Making workshop alongside shorter half-day programmes. All workshops will be delivered on our Takapuna site. Refer to the Workshop page.
Career Management Cardsorts
Since 2008 we have developed and sold our range of career management cardsorts across New Zealand and Australia. They are used in universities, schools, businesses and career practices. Refer to the Career Cardsorts page.
FEES
Existing self-funding clients $150 per hour + GST
Employer funded clients $175 per hour + GST
Workshop prices will vary.
