Lee's career pathway has included teaching, living and working in Canada and management roles in the performing arts industry. She completed a commerce degree as an adult student majoring in change management followed by a learning & development role for Xerox and HR consulting before finding her life’s passion in career development.
She held the position of President for the Career Development Association (CDANZ) from 2003 to 2005, has taught at tertiary level and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. In 2008 she created a parallel business developing career decision-making resources that are now used globally and has developed and facilitated many career related workshops around the world. Lee worked in the high performance and professional sport industry for the New Zealand Rugby and Cricket Player Associations from 2008 until 2020.
In February 2023 we will launch our new training programme of workshops available to the general public on a range of career management related topics.
Lee is no longer booking new self-funding private clients as she seeks to reduce her workload in 2023. However, she will continue to work with her existing private clients, new and existing employer funded clients, provide consulting services for organisations and manage our cardsort product business.
